Job Summary:

Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new channel partners while executing channel marketing plans.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other channel partners.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry standards to better align partnership strategies.
• Coordinate site visits based on customer schedules and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers to drive conversions.
• Manage client communication and attend all revisits with potential customers at developer sites.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry standards to better align partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

·      Must be a graduate in any discipline.

·      0–2 years of experience in sales is preferable.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·      Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven attitude.

·      Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate regulations (RERA).

·      Strong understanding of current real estate market trends and industry developments.
