The Job Synopsis is as follows:

Designation

Must have:

Min 07 Years with reputed real estate firms.
Min 03 years working experience at East Pune Preferably in Mundhwa, Wagholi, Koregaon Park, Vadagaon Sheri & nearby areas.
Hands on experience in large scale residential & commercial projects
Detailed understanding of local laws & regulations.
Team handling experience.

Profile Highlights:

Good understanding of Ultra Luxurious real estate segment is necessary.
Relevant sourcing Experience
Strong network with CPs
Channel Partners on boarding & retention.
Channel Sales strategy execution.
Market Analysis & data generation.
Exposure to HNIs & high-ticket value sales
