Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Sourcing and Closing specialist. The role involves managing daily sourcing activities, conducting market research, identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and finalizing agreements. The specialist will also handle procurement processes and recruiting new vendors, ensuring the best quality and cost-effective solutions for our projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement
• Skills in Recruiting and sourcing new vendors
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
