Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Sourcing and Closing Specialist. The role involves daily tasks such as identifying and sourcing potential vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with stakeholders and recruiting efforts to meet project requirements. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers and contracts Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder management Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes Experience in Recruiting to fulfill project needs Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai Previous experience in construction or real estate industry is a plus Show more Show less
