Our company specializes in residential and commercial real estate development, offering innovative solutions to meet diverse property needs in the market.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing and Closing Manager based in Thane. The Sourcing and Closing Manager is responsible for identifying and securing real estate opportunities. This includes managing the sales process from sourcing potential deals to closing transactions, coordinating funding, handling mortgage lending, and ensuring successful closings of deals. Daily tasks will involve networking, negotiations, and collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate property acquisitions and sales.

Qualifications

Experience in Closings and Sourcing
Proficiency in Sales and
Knowledge of Loans and real estate transactions
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work on-site in Thane and manage multiple deals simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in the real estate industry is must
