As a full-time Sourcing and Closing Manager, your role will be pivotal in identifying and securing real estate opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the entire sales process, starting from sourcing potential deals to finalizing transactions. This will involve overseeing funding, mortgage lending, and ensuring the successful completion of deals. Your daily activities will include networking, negotiations, and collaborating with different stakeholders to facilitate property acquisitions and sales effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Closings and Sourcing, proficiency in Sales, and knowledge of Loans and real estate transactions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities. You must be capable of working on-site in Thane and handling multiple deals concurrently.
