Job Description: As a Sourcing and Closing Manager in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for sourcing potential properties and closing deals. Your role will require you to work on-site in Thane and Kalyan. Key Responsibilities: - Source potential properties for investment or development - Analyze market trends and property values to determine feasibility - Negotiate and close deals with property owners or developers - Coordinate with legal and finance teams for due diligence and closing processes - Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in real estate sourcing and closing - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note: This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane and Kalyan.
