Sourcing Analyst

You will be joining Watlow, a global industrial technology company with a rich history dating back to 1922. Watlow is renowned for its expertise in engineering, thermal systems, and manufacturing, offering temperature control, power control, heater technologies, and temperature sensing platforms to various industries worldwide. As a Sourcing Analyst in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in the global supply chain strategy, collaborating closely with supply chain managers across different regions. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting RFIs/Q/P, negotiating with suppliers, driving parts and process qualification, preparing comparative statements, and managing supplier delivery performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct RFIs/Q/P locally and globally. - Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives. - Drive parts and process qualification in coordination with Supplier Quality team/VAVE team. - Prepare comparative statements and demonstrate proficiency in costing. - Onboard suppliers and monitor supplier delivery performance. - Support audits, site visits, and part qualification & localizations. - Manage part rejection and replacement. - Sign LTAs, negotiate and develop in coordination with Sourcing Manager and Contract Specialists. - Support logistics, program managers, and compliance team in obtaining relevant documents from suppliers. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electrical & Communication Engineering/Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Global Sourcing & Buyer role. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Understanding of supply chain management concepts such as inventory management, import/export procedures, and logistics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and other relevant software tools. - Ability to read mechanical & electrical drawings is an added advantage.,
