As a Sales Engineer at our leading provider of thermal hardware and controls equipment solutions, you will play a key role in driving growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales process with a major semiconductor capital equipment OEM. You will utilize collaborative selling techniques to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of the semiconductor industry, particularly within the capital equipment sector. Navigating complex sales cycles and fostering strong customer relationships will be essential components of your daily tasks. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, collaborating on sales and account strategy with global teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. You will be expected to meet assigned annual customer revenue targets, conduct thorough market research, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions. Negotiating technical and commercial aspects of the product offerings will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. A strong technical background, proven success in technical sales within the semiconductor capital equipment industry, and the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles are essential requirements.
