platform. We are seeking a

Solutions Specialist

for our Metals vertical someone who understands the pulse of the steel, aluminum, and broader metals industries, and can seamlessly bridge process expertise with solution-driven consultative selling.

What You ll Do

Engage with plant and business leaders to uncover challenges related to throughput, yield, product quality, downtime, and energy efficiency.
Develop and present tailored solution proposals leveraging Infinite Uptime s ODR framework to deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Sales, COE, and Engineering teams to build strong business cases, ROI models, and customer-ready narratives.
Conduct plant walkthroughs, detailed process assessments, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities to de strate value and accelerate conversions.

What We re Looking For

10-12 years of experience
in the metals sector preferably within steel, aluminium, or allied manufacturing operations.
Strong process and domain expertise in areas such as rolling, casting, finishing, and process reliability improvement.
2-3 years of experience
in customer-facing roles within manufacturing or industrial digital solutions.
Deep industry insights, a strong customer network, and the ability to articulate process value in clear business impact terms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
