Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Talent Acquisition (TA) or candidate Onboarding and Background Screening technology solutions within the wider Talent Solutions organisation. Your main focus will be on maintaining the health and operational integrity of these solutions. You will work closely with vendors, Technology, PC&C, and O&A colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes for TA and Onboarding stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and digital security requirements related to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, or Background Screening/Vetting. Your role will also include research to resolve process and technical problems, recommending solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements to the solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of TA or candidate Onboarding and Background Screening technology solutions - Gather requirements, develop, sandbox solutions, and support deployment of changes - Prioritize fixes and issues utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) as the system of record for technology products - Build positive relationships with various stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes - Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and digital security requirements - Research and resolve process and technical problems, recommend solutions, and test where required - Facilitate design sessions, lead configuration, coordinate testing, and complete cutover - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvements to solutions - Act as the technology product owner for change projects - Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate functional and technical impacts of decisions - Maintain all operational and technical documentation - Support customers as a thought-leader in relevant technology Qualifications Required: - Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in managing HR systems, business analysis, process development/documentation - Experience in partnering with Talent Acquisition as a Product Owner/SME of a corporate ATS in a global environment - Ability to communicate multiple solutions in a structured manner and make sound recommendations - Sound understanding of trends in the relevant process/technology areas - Experience working within a global organization (Note: Omitting "Additional Details" section as there are no additional details provided in the JD) Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Talent Acquisition (TA) or candidate Onboarding and Background Screening technology solutions within the wider Talent Solutions organisation.
