Solutions Engineer

As a Solution Engineer at this company, your role will involve deploying solutions for newly acquired customers according to the defined scope of work. You will be the single point of contact for all deployment-related activities. Your responsibilities will include providing product demonstrations and showcasing the value addition of Eventus Security's products when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy solutions for newly acquired customers as per the defined scope of work - Act as the primary point of contact for all deployment-related activities - Provide product demonstrations to showcase the value of Eventus Security's products - Manage the technical needs of the existing strategic customer base and handle escalations effectively - Contribute to building technical collaterals such as Whitepapers, Case Studies, and Blogs - Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner - Own deployment-related inquiries and act as the main point of contact - Conduct strategic customer training sessions periodically - Conduct review meetings with strategic customers to highlight solution ROI and new feature releases - Maintain personal technical proficiency and apply it to identify specific use cases or technical solutions for target accounts - Act as a Voice of Customer and communicate on-field feature/enhancement requirements to the product team - Collaborate with the Managed Security team to deliver customer requirements promptly - Provide technical assistance to Sales Engineers as needed Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role - Strong technical expertise to identify and resolve deployment issues effectively - Ability to work independently and as a key member of the Presales team Please note that the final designation for this position will be based on the evaluation during the interview process.,
