Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical deep-dives for prospects.
• Prepare solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and deployment plans.

Delivery & Implementation

• Lead the technical onboarding and deployment of our security products for enterprise customers.
• Configure, integrate, and customize the solution based on customer environments (on-premise, hybrid, cloud).
• Conduct user training and handover sessions for technical teams.

Customer Success & Support

• Act as the primary technical contact during the delivery phase and early adoption stages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with engineering and support teams.
• Document configurations, deployment processes, and technical decisions.

Continuous Improvement

• Gather customer feedback to improve implementation processes and product features.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, security threats, and relevant technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Experience:

  2–5 years in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or security product implementation.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (CSPM, CNAPP, SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security configurations.
• Experience with Linux/Windows system administration.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and API integrations.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CCSP, or equivalent.
• Experience with security automation, scripting (Python, Bash), and DevSecOps tools.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
