As part of our growth journey, were looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity and helping us bring our platform to more customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a sales funnel by generating leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation activities.
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on business requirements.
  • Building relationships and connecting with ICPs.
  • Handover qualified leads to the business team to drive closures.
  • Maintain and update the CRM / lead generation database regularly.
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets for generating sales qualified leads.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to tailor messaging.
  • Provide regular feedback to improve sales scripts, outreach strategies, and lead conversion workflows.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings to track lead progress and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1+ years of experience in inside sales / lead generation / business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet defined targets independently.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Prior experience in the cyber security industry would be an added advantage
