1. Total IT exp of 20+ years of experience
2. 15+ years of experience with Dynamics 2012 R3 and D365 Finance Operations implementation experience.
3. Should have worked as Technical Functional for atleast 5 years
4. Should have worked as Architect in D365 F&O for 5 years
5. Should take responsibility in reviewing the D365 F&O implementation
6. Identify the bottlenecks in the system (performance issues)
7. Identify solutions to the performance issues
8. Should provide solution for identified performance issues
9. Should also work to resolve the issues

Having technical and functional skills important as well as good communication skills.
