Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect, your role will involve developing and maintaining architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions based on requirements from product owners and business stakeholders. This includes developing and designing requirements for web apps, mobile apps, microservices, and their associated ecosystem in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries. It is essential to utilize best practices for app design, user interface, and overall architecture, ensuring that all designs align with internal development best practices, user journeys, wireframes, and architectural patterns. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end solutions based on requirements - Develop and design requirements for web apps, mobile apps, and microservices - Utilize best practices for app design, user interface, and overall architecture - Collaborate with the Information security team to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability - Contribute to building reliable, resilient, and secure platforms - Deliver education workshops to Chapter & Tribe members - Conduct Peer Review Sessions - Improve efficiency of architecture design workflow or via automation - Mentor and coach associate/junior architects - Deliver complete and self-sufficient solutions and/or design documents within agreed timelines Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience designing applications (web & mobile), microservices & APIs - 5+ years of experience working with cloud-native technologies such as containers, service mesh, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and virtualization - 3+ years of work experience in Cyber/Information Security - Strong all-round knowledge of software engineering, architecture, and cyber security - Experience with building end-end design patterns & solutions focusing on user experience, performance, resiliency, reliability, and security - Deep understanding of architectural patterns like micro-services, APIs, and app development (mobile and application) - Deep understanding of security concepts like Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, Logging/Monitoring, Application Security (OWASP Top10), Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security & Regulations - Good experience of enterprise architecture tools (Enterprise Architect) and data modeling tools - Experience working with cloud platforms such as OpenShift, Azure, AWS & OCI - Excellent analytical & critical thinking skills - Excellent stakeholder, time management & expectation management skills - Autonomous decision-making ability with minimal guidance - High learning potential - Delivery focused while ensuring the right balance of Customer Experience, Business Requirements, Performance, Reliability & Security,
