Job Title: Solution Architect – Java | Insurance Domain | Legacy Integration | DevOps 📍 Location: Gurugram or Bengaluru 🕒 Experience Required: 13–16 Years 💼 Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with strong experience in Java-based enterprise solutions and a background in the insurance domain . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys architecting robust systems, guiding teams, and integrating modern applications with legacy systems in a fast-paced agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Integrate new systems with existing legacy platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, enterprise architects, and DevOps. Guide and mentor development teams in design and implementation. Drive DevOps practices and ensure best-in-class CI/CD pipelines. Must-Have Skills 13–16 years of hands-on design and architecture experience. Strong background in Java , Microservices , and cloud-native development (preferably AWS). Proven experience integrating with legacy systems . Experience with DevOps toolchains: Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, SonarQube. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Prior work in the insurance or financial services domain. Good to Have Experience with TDD/BDD. Exposure to application/API security practices. Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and observability.
