• Understand

   complex business and technology problem statements in finance and operations.

   strategic solutions leveraging the

  , aligning with client business objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor

  , mapping enterprise workflows to technology capabilities and driving digital transformation initiatives.

• Oversee implementation & adoption

  , working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and measurable business outcomes.

• Drive engagement & success

  , acting as the bridge between clients, product, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive discovery workshops with client leadership teams.
• Translate business pain points into structured solution proposals & ROI-focused transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the product & engineering teams to customize Dice solutions as per enterprise needs.
• Lead solution walkthroughs, demos, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Monitor project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing success.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in 

  enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation

   roles.
• Strong understanding of 

  FinOps, finance & operations workflows

  , and automation / AI-led solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to bridge 

  business strategy and technology implementation

  .
• 2+ years of experience
