Solution Specialist

As a member of the Gallagher team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating requirements into technical solutions, and supporting the year-end process. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Play a crucial role in the year-end process by supporting the preparation and distribution of annual employee statements. - Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Oracle HCM Cloud to enhance existing solutions. Qualifications Required: - 4 or more years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, including leading development teams. - Strong experience in handling key concepts such as Fast formulas, Eligibility Profiles, HDL, HSDL, and HCM Extracts. - Hands-on configuration experience with technical and functional setup. - Experience in developing reports using BI Publisher & OTBI. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong knowledge of legislative rules, preferably for US, UK & Canada. - Experience in Day Force is a plus. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. Desired Work Characteristics: - 5 years of related experience in HCM Applications. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent project management skills with a detailed understanding of SDLC methodologies. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
