Solution Specialist

Sales Enablement & Solutions Support

• Provide first-line technical and solution architecture support to sales teams to help win automation projects.
• Support OEMs, system integrators, and end users with advanced solution design.
• Assist customers with complex automation challenges and troubleshoot system issues.
• Conduct design audits, architecture assessments, and support customer demos and presentations.
  

Customer Engagement & Strategic Solutioning

• Work directly with key customers to understand automation needs and design tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, workshops, and roadmap discussions to drive technology adoption.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects, pilot deployments, and industrial testbeds.
• Engage with executive stakeholders on automation strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support business development with technical insights, demos, and competitive differentiators.
  

Technical Ownership & Best Practices

• Design and build complete solution architectures for industrial applications.
• Create technical documentation, best-practice guides, and implementation playbooks.
• Conduct technical validation reviews for major automation projects.
  

Required Skills

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong background in embedded software, IT/OT convergence, and industrial applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, PROFINET, etc.)
• PLC programming, SCADA/DCS systems, and industrial networking.
• Programming in C/C++, Python, JavaScript.
• Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization, and networking (LAN/WAN/VLAN).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  

• 3050% travel required based on customer and project needs.
