Solution Sales Director - Life Sciences and Healthcare

Role Overview: You will be joining PSA BDP, a leading provider of globally integrated and port-centric supply chain, transportation, and logistics solutions. As a part of our diverse and close-knit community, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and selling into new accounts while nurturing profitable business relationships with existing customers, with a focus on the UK and Ireland markets within the LSH verticals. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of sales for regional or multi-regional companies not currently engaged with PSA/BDP International in the assigned region. - Build long-term business relationships with prospects and existing customers. - Demonstrate a Hunter mentality to devise unique strategic solutions that lower logistics costs and enhance sales for current and new customers. - Strengthen customer relationships throughout their contract duration to drive contract renewals, extensions, or new RFP issuance. - Collaborate closely with each region and leverage available resources to share knowledge about potential clients effectively. Qualification Required: - Minimum of five years of strategic sales experience in LSH logistics. - Proven self-starter with a track record of creating and enabling revenue streams. - Strong connections with Tier 1 and mid-size LSH suppliers. - Sound understanding of international and domestic logistics. - Proficiency in bundling end-to-end services, including digital solutions, to address specific needs. - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. - Ability to network and influence prospects from senior to executive levels. - Skilled in negotiation and interpersonal communication, with the flexibility to work with diverse cultures. - High integrity and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - University degree preferred.,
