Job Description

Solution Manager who will play a crucial role in defining, delivering, and optimizing learning solutions for clients. Their responsibilities typically revolve around ensuring the companys products and services align with client needs and market demands.

Job description:

Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis: Understand client requirements and business challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to define tailored learning solutions.
Solution Design & Development: Create and propose comprehensive e-learning strategies, including blended learning approaches (online, instructor-led, mobile, etc.) by working with instructional designers, developers, and product teams to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable.
Project Oversight: Oversee solution implementation, ensuring timelines, quality, and goals are met. Also troubleshoot and resolve issues during solution delivery.
Sales Support: Assist sales teams with technical expertise during client pitches and RFP responses and accordingly demonstrate solution value to prospective clients.
Market Research & Innovation: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the e-learning sector. Advocate for the adoption of innovative approaches (AI-powered learning, gamification, microlearning).
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze learner engagement metrics and solution effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to clients for improved learning outcomes.

Job Specification:

Experience: Min 3 years as a Project Manager / Solution Manager with e-learning industry
Strong understanding of e-learning technologies and platforms (LMS, content authoring tools).
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Project management skills, preferably with certifications like PMP or Agile.
Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Experience with sales support and stakeholder management.

Other Requirements:

Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
