Minimum Qualifications:

• B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification
• 3–7 years of experience in

  Solution Engineering, Technical Analyst, Technical Writing, or Business Analyst roles

  with strong technical exposure
• Strong understanding of

  web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud fundamentals

• Proven experience in creating

  technical documents, architecture diagrams, and solution designs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with

  product, engineering, presales, or delivery teams

• Ability to convert complex business requirements into

  clear technical solutions

• Hands-on experience with

  API documentation, release notes, and system design documents

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and system diagrams

• Draft

  proposals, RFP responses, SOWs, product notes, and user guides

• Gather business requirements and convert them into

  detailed technical requirements

• Collaborate closely with

  engineering teams during implementation and delivery

• Maintain

  product documentation, API guides, and release notes

• Participate in

  client discussions

  and handle technical clarifications
• Act as a bridge between

  business, product, and engineering teams
