• Gather business requirements and convert them into detailed technical requirements
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams during implementation and delivery
• Maintain product documentation, API guides, and release notes
• Participate in client discussions and handle technical clarifications

• 3–7 years of experience in

  Solution Engineering, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Writing

  roles
• Strong understanding of

  web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud fundamentals

• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
• Ability to create clear architecture diagrams and structured technical content
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
• Experience working with

  product, engineering, presales, or client-facing tech teams
