Position: Solutions Engineer

Exp: 6 – 15 years

Job Responsibilities:

• An experienced Decipher Programmer that’s ready to take on a new challenge.
• A solutions-oriented engineer that can build/adapt the Forsta Decipher platform.
• Someone that has a track record for creating tools and utilities used by survey programmers/Project Managers/Field/Data Processing teams.
• Someone that has a track record for taking complex tasks and making them simpler.
• Somone that can consult/provide guidance on Decipher functionality and solutions.
• Develop, test and implement new approaches and functions, both project-specific and general, improving and streamlining existing procedures.
• Assist with process automation and improvement by developing tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues relating to the Forsta/Decipher platform.

Experience

• Experience using Decipher Shell/SSH Environment/Hooks system
• Strong experience in Python, Javascript/Jquery and API
• Built/maintained Logic Nodes/Dynamic Question Library/tools leveraging Decipher API
• Built/maintained apps / utilities with other 3rd party API

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency required
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience Decipher programming in a similar role.
