UKG Ready is an exciting product of Ultimate Kronos Group which continues to experience incredible growth! If you are interested in taking your career to the next level by utilizing and enhancing your software implementation and consulting skills, then this is the job for you! We are seeking talented software implementation professionals who are interested in being part of our dynamic, fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their career and make a difference for UKG.You will be joining the Professional Services Consulting (PSC) job family of Global Delivery Services (GDS) workgroup, under the UKG Customer Experience (CX) vertical for the new customer deployments of UKGR product and work with UKG Ready customers in multiple geographies.We hire people having knowledge in Human Capital Management or Workforce Management domain for products like ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, People Strong, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday.As a Solution Consultant II within our UKG Ready Implementation Services team, you will do the following:
- Engage with our Project Teams in various geographies in order to understand their business needs regarding the various modules of UKG Ready product
- Leverage your training in designing and building a solution that meets their needs
- Work cross-functionally and amongst a team on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
- Utilize your technical aptitude to configure & re-configure our software solution in Human Capital Management or Workforce Management domain
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionalities
- Act as a knowledgeful consultant in the product implementation area
- Contribute to designing the best practices for product implementation
Qualifications
Individuals looking to be a part of our talented team should possess the following:
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or related field
- 2 to 5 years of industry experience with exposure to global implementations
- Experience in implementing HCM or WFM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work in a business required shift (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST)
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments
- Excellent analytical, communication and consulting skills
