Job Duties:

• Develop end-to-end architecture for RAN opportunities related to O-RAN DU CU Split
• Develop and implement strategies which meets O-RAN standard and features requirements.
• Establish architecture guidelines for solution blueprints to ensure consistency, scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of RAN offerings.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, understand challenges, and articulate the value proposition of our RAN solutions.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support in the implementation of O-RAN technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Supporting solution team in building the e2e solution based on the Customer requirements
• To understand the RFP/RFI requirements and built the solution accordingly
• Handling multiple RFPs across global region in the given time and make sure the solution is completed and submitted on time
• Defining the overall technical architecture of the RAN, including hardware, software, and interfaces.
• Assessing and selecting appropriate technologies and equipment for the RAN, considering factors like cost, performance, and future scalability.
• Working with Product team ,Service team and vendors to integrate the RAN solution into the broader network infrastructure.
• Preparation of HLD and the smooth handover to the service delivery
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to the RAN architecture, design, and implementation.
• Interact with various stakeholders, including Internal Sales and Pre-sales team , network operators, vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Identifying and evaluating new technologies and solutions to improve RAN performance, efficiency, and capabilities.
• Hands on experience with O-RAN network will be an added advantage

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of demonstrable Solution Architecture/Presales experience, focusing on RAN.
• Strong understanding of RAN technologies 2G/3G/4G/5G/mMIMO
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
• Bachelor’s in engineering or a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in the Mobile Service provider industries.
• Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment, with an understanding of international markets and user behaviors.
• Business Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
