Role Overview: As a Solution Architect - Presales, you will be responsible for showcasing advanced computing solutions to clients. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, designing tailored solutions utilizing HCS offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to drive successful presales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives. - Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and workshops to demonstrate the value of HCS solutions. - Develop end-to-end solutions based on customer needs, utilizing the latest technologies in server, storage, HPC, and related infrastructure. - Work collaboratively with internal teams to create customized solutions aligned with customer goals. - Provide technical support to the sales team during the presales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, and creating technical documentation. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape related to high-end computing solutions. - Contribute market insights to support the development of new products and services. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a presales capacity, with expertise in server, storage, HPC, and related technologies. - Strong knowledge of IT hardware, high-performance computing, and storage infrastructure. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management. - Relevant certifications are a plus.
