Job Description

As an MS Client Delivery Manager at NTT DATA, your role involves managing one or more MS Client Delivery Specialists, supporting the business, and ensuring overall contract management for local, small, and low to medium complexity client contracts. You will be responsible for client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability for assigned client contracts that may involve multiple NTT Business Units and services across various sites. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead and coach a team of one or more Service Delivery Specialists - Ensure services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements - Collaborate with Service Delivery Management and Vendor Management teams for procurement decisions - Proactively engage with suppliers to resolve incidents and ensure satisfactory performance - Develop and manage an annual operating budget, oversee billing processes - Consult with Legal Representatives for contract escalations and governance - Review proposals and align growth objectives with overall company goals - Provide support in pre-sales processes and stakeholder engagement - Drive service delivery excellence and motivate team members - Negotiate and resolve contractual issues - Partner with the organization for talent acquisition and team staffing **Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:** - Leadership and coaching abilities - Strong relationship-building skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Collaboration and client-centric approach - Business acumen and negotiation skills - Ability to work well in a pressurized environment - Analytical mindset and self-driven attitude **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** - Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field - ITIL certification **Required Experience:** - Senior-level client engagement experience - Experience in Managed Services and/or Support Services environment - Experience in managing and leading service delivery teams This role requires on-site working and offers equal opportunities for all candidates.,
