The role requires you to create exceptional architectural solution designs and thought leadership to enable delivery teams in providing exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for defining current and target state solutions, articulating architectural targets, and proposing investment roadmaps. Collaboration with various IT groups is essential to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues to resolution. Detailed documentation of architectural designs and solutions will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will provide technical and strategic input during project planning, collaborate with relevant parties to review objectives, identify risks, and enable delivery teams with optimal solutions. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, developing support metrics, and managing multiple projects will be part of your day-to-day activities. You will also be responsible for identifying risks, ensuring quality assurance, recommending tools for reuse, and leading the development of enterprise frameworks. Your role will involve ensuring optimal client engagement by supporting pre-sales teams, negotiating with clients, and demonstrating strong technical capability in front of clients. It is crucial to exhibit thought leadership, develop competencies, and enhance the brand through various initiatives such as trainings, certifications, POCs, and white papers. Additionally, team management is a significant aspect of the role, including resourcing, talent management, performance management, and employee satisfaction. Anticipating talent requirements, hiring the right resources, onboarding, training, and driving engagement initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring diversity in leadership positions, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and tracking team satisfaction scores are essential for team management.
