15 years full time educationSummary: As a Solution Architect, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will translate client requirements into innovative and deliverable solutions. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, including Sales Pursuit and Delivery, to ensure that the solutions developed align with client expectations and business objectives. You will leverage your expertise to create value propositions that resonate with clients, ensuring that the solutions are not only feasible but also strategically sound. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, and governance of PLM data migration projects using WBM. Analyze legacy systems, define migration scope, mapping logic, and validation approach. Manage project schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. Oversee WBM setup, configuration, and data load execution across environments. Ensure data extraction, transformation, and validation meet business and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Functional, Infrastructure, DB, and Windchill Admin). Report project progress, issues, and mitigation actions to senior management. Provide post-migration support, lessons learned, and continuous improvement inputs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proven experience managing PLM migration projects (Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile ? Windchill). Hands-on expertise in Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) configuration, execution, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of PTC Windchill data model, CAD integrations, and migration best practices. Proficiency in XML, SQL, scripting (Python/Java) for data handling and validation automation. Excellent project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in PTC Windchill. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
