Detailed JD:
Position is defined for someone with professional qualifications with many years of relevant work experience ( 5-10). Works as a fully contributing team member under broad guidance with independent planning and execution responsibilities. Expected to build on domain knowledge, technicalproprietary skills to reach level of expertise while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries. Works on problems of complex scope through extensive usage of standard concepts and principles. Applies own judgement to independently determine a course of action , which is then executed independently post review. Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior team members in the team to help them scale faster.
Qualifications - Professional Graduate Degree/Professional Post-Graduate Degree
Years of Relevant Work experience 6-10 years
Resources in this group works are technical/solution/enterprise architects and design a complete and complex framework system or product. They define processes for technical platforms , system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and software compatibility. They also conceive system interfaces and business application prototypes. They identify , analyse and resolve system design weaknesses .
