Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Solution Analyst with 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute tests in Japanese and converse with customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Translate Japanese test artifacts to English and vice versa with high accuracy.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and designs.
Execute functionality tests in various phases, including ST, SIT, and Regression.
Report defects and assist in their understanding and resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing, focusing on Test Strategy, Planning, Designing, Execution, Monitoring, and Reporting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience testing SAP-based applications and preparing/ executing test cases.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
