Job Summary:

SolidWorks Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level support for SolidWorks-related issues including licensing, performance, and errors.
  • Assist users with CATIA-related queries as a secondary responsibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CAD data management (PDM/PLM systems).
  • Collaborate with IT and Vendor teams to ensure smooth operation of Solidworks & Catia infrastructure.
  • Support license management and compliance tracking.
  • Participate in software upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SolidWorks support or usage (2+ years preferred).
  • Working knowledge of CATIA V5 (optional).
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks PDM & data management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
  • Experience with license server setups and CAD infrastructure.
