Job Description

Job Summary:

SolidWorks Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support for SolidWorks-related issues including licensing, performance, and errors.
Assist users with CATIA-related queries as a secondary responsibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CAD data management (PDM/PLM systems).
Collaborate with IT and Vendor teams to ensure smooth operation of Solidworks & Catia infrastructure.
Support license management and compliance tracking.
Participate in software upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in SolidWorks support or usage (2+ years preferred).
Working knowledge of CATIA V5 (optional).
Working knowledge of SolidWorks PDM & data management tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
Experience with license server setups and CAD infrastructure.
