Role Summary

We are looking for a Soldering / PCB Assembly Technician with hands-on experience in assembling and testing electronic circuits. This role is ideal for candidates with an ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical who are skilled in soldering, component placement, PCB rework, and continuity testing. The position is full-time and on-site at our Chennai facility. Candidates must agree to a 1.5-year service commitment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform soldering of SMD and through-hole components
  • Assemble components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to design schematics
  • Conduct continuity and basic electrical testing on assembled boards
  • Assist in PCB-level debugging, testing, and rework under engineering supervision
  • Ensure ESD compliance and clean handling of sensitive electronics
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly steps, test results, and observations
  • Support R&D and manufacturing teams in prototyping, validation, and product transfer
  • Required QualificationsEducation: ITI or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in soldering and PCB assembly (mandatory)
  • Up to 3 years of total experience acceptable
  • Pass-out Year: 2022, 2023, or 2024
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in manual soldering, rework, and wiring
  • Familiarity with multimeters, soldering stations, magnifiers, and oscilloscopes
  • Ability to read and follow circuit diagrams and layout drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Chennai and sign a 1.5-year agreement
