Senior O&M Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site operations for assigned solar power plants.
• Ensure

  preventive and corrective maintenance

  as per schedule.
• Troubleshoot inverter, HT/LT, and SCADA system issues effectively.
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and clients for timely solutions.
• Maintain

  100% plant uptime and performance KPIs

  .
• Supervise site engineers and technicians for daily maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and submit

  daily, weekly, and monthly O&M reports

  .
• Monitor spare part availability and coordinate with the purchase/stores team.
• Ensure all

  safety protocols

  and company standards are strictly followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in

  Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

  .

• 3–6 years

  of experience in solar O&M operations (ground-mounted or rooftop).
• Strong knowledge of

  inverters, transformers, and SCADA systems

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Hands-on approach with ability to lead and train site teams.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and basic ERP/CRM systems

  .
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

O&M Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  daily monitoring

  of solar plants and log performance data.
• Supervise

  module cleaning activities

  and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct routine checks of

  inverters, junction boxes, and HT panels

  .
• Identify faults, escalate to seniors, and assist in troubleshooting.
• Record and report daily site activities through O&M logs and MIS.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Support Senior O&M Executive during client visits and audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or ITI in

  Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

  .

• 1–4 years

  of experience in solar plant O&M or field maintenance.
• Basic understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical safety.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel or stay at remote plant sites if required.
