Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar EPC market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and project bids.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in business development or sales (solar/EPC experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
