Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer located in Gandhinagar. The Solar Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, and working closely with Installation Vendor execute project plans. Daily tasks include site inspections, coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing any on-site issues promptly. The Solar Site Engineer will play a critical role in guaranteeing that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• On-Site operations experience and Installation knowledge
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders
• Quality control expertise to ensure adherence to standards and regulations
• Experience working with civil engineers on project execution
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications and degrees in engineering or a related field
• Experience in solar energy projects is a plus
