Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Site Engineer, based in Pune. The Solar Site Engineer will manage daily operations on the solar installation site, ensure quality control, oversee structural engineering processes, and coordinate with civil engineers. They will also handle communication with team members and clients to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in quality control procedures
• Knowledge of structural engineering practices
• Background as a civil engineer
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Relevant engineering degree or certification
