Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Service Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Solar Service Manager will oversee daily operations related to solar service projects, ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems, and manage service teams. Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing regular reports on service activities.

Qualifications

Experience in solar technology and systems management
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing solar power systems
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in the solar industry
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
Experience managing large-scale solar projects is a plus
