Soltrac Power is looking for a dynamic Solar Sales Manager based in Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of proven experience in solar sales and a strong understanding of solar systems and project execution. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and converting residential, commercial, and industrial clients, generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will also manage client relationships, support financial discussions, and coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with a target-driven, motivated personality and willingness to travel. The company offers a competitive salary of ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance), attractive performance-based incentives, and opportunities for career growth across diverse solar projects.
