Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The role involves generating leads, conducting client visits, and managing the end-to-end sales process for solar products and solutions. Responsibilities include understanding customer energy needs, creating tailored solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and technical teams and staying updated on industry trends and government initiatives in solar energy.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills to develop client relationships and close deals
• Knowledge of renewable energy, particularly solar energy systems like On-Grid, Hybrid, and Off-Grid solar plants
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze client energy needs and develop customized solar solutions
• Previous experience in a solar sales or related role is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is advantageous
• Familiarity with government policies and subsidies in the renewable energy sector is an added advantage
