Location: PAN India | Are you ready to lead Solar Projects from start to finish?

We’re looking for a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, site management skills and a passion for renewable energy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years in project management (Solar/Electrical industry preferred)

• Experience in handling site execution, vendor coordination, and project planning

• B.E./M.Tech (Electrical)

• Strong leadership, vendor coordination and problem-solving skills

• Salary: based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute solar and electrical plant projects from start to completion.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Handle daily site operations, material planning, and manpower management.

• Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of solar/electrical systems as per standards.

• Maintain proper documentation, progress reports, and client communication.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality of work on site.

• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third-party agencies for execution.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of solar plant/electrical system projects

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools

• Problem-solving attitude with clear communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites

• Willing to travel and manage on-site operations

Solar Site Engineer (Electrical

Location: Siliguri (Travel across Pan India)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full time Remote work

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma / B.E. / M.E. / B.Tech in Electrical/ M.Tech in Electrical

• PMP or Project Management certification (preferred, not mandatory)

• Minimum 1years (Solar/Electrical industry preferred)

Who You Are:

• Strong in project execution and coordination

• Willing to travel across India as per project requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise multiple Solar projects across India

• Oversee installation and on-site execution work

• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation

• Ensure smooth site operations and resolve on-ground issues

• Apply strong technical and analytical skills to ensure project success
