Solar Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator in the field of solar installation projects, you will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the projects, from initial planning to successful execution and completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables will be essential to ensure that milestones are achieved in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be required to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks to guarantee the successful implementation of each project. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation is a crucial aspect of your role, including project schedules, reports, and checklists. You will be responsible for monitoring procurement activities, managing logistics in coordination with vendors, and assisting the project manager in cost estimation, budgeting, and reporting. Effective cross-functional coordination across multiple teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, will be vital to the overall success of the projects. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil disciplines, and have at least 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, with a preference for experience in solar or renewable energy projects. A strong understanding of the solar project lifecycle and technical components is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or similar software. Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with a strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines is critical for success in this role.
