Job Description:

The Solar Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all project-related activities, ensuring smooth execution from site survey to commissioning. The role involves communication with clients, vendors and installation teams to ensure timely completion of solar installation projects with high quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Site work coordination

• Arrange and coordinate site surveys and assessments.
• Responsible for site work coordination, including planning daily tasks, supervising installation teams, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring work is completed as per design, safety, and quality standards.

Create a project installation team

• Coordinate installation schedules with technicians and contractors.
• Monitor daily work progress and report delays or issues.
• Support the installation team with technical and material-related clarifications.

Arrange timely dispatch of materials to the site.

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely dispatch of materials to the site by following up with suppliers, verifying material readiness, and aligning with the installation team.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project progress reports, daily updates.
• Maintain project tracker sheets for management review.
• Ensure all documentation is stored systematically and updated.
