Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar O&M Manager located in Jaipur. The Solar O&M Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of solar power plants, managing daily O&M activities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of the plants, and leading a team of technicians. Other responsibilities include monitoring plant performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, coordinating with the project management team, and providing timely reports to stakeholders.
