Role Overview: You will be a Solar O&M Manager at Shlaaghy Sahlan, a leading provider of turn-key solutions in the Wind & Solar Energy sector. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the operation and maintenance of solar power plants in Jaipur. You will lead a team of technicians, manage daily O&M activities, ensure optimal plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
