Solar installation executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor (Solar Project) to oversee the day-to-day activities at our solar installation and operation sites across Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site teams, ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating with the operations team for timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor solar power project installation, commissioning, and operational activities at the site.

Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Coordinate between the project manager, subcontractors, and technical teams.

Maintain daily site reports including manpower, material utilization, and progress updates.

Conduct inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of solar systems (PV modules, inverters, wiring, etc.).

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedule.

Manage vendor teams and ensure availability of resources on site.

Prepare documentation and report project milestones to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: ITI (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) – Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in solar project operations, installation, or maintenance.

Strong understanding of solar PV systems and site management practices.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and manage field teams.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Bihar.

Knowledge of safety norms and quality standards in solar projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
