Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidates would be provided warm leads, hot leads and pre-set appointments by our Appointment Setting team and would have to close sales over phone calls and zoom meetings.

  All our Solar Programs are zero down wherein customers don't need to pay anything out of pocket to go solar.

• Ensure that all company protocols are followed and customers have the best experience with us.
• Candidates would have to present a solar proposal prepared but solar processors to the customers and sign them up to go solar with us.
• You would be provided 3 Appointment Setters and all of their production (appointments) would go to you to close sales on.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of call center experience with closing US B2C outbound sales.
2. Must have exceptional verbal and written English (100%) communication skills with neutral to as-close-as American accent.
3. Knowledge of CRMs, Microsoft office & Google Sheets & Doc tools is an added advantage.
4. Good interpersonal and analytical skills, and great with numbers, calculations and basic arithmetics.
5. Self-disciplined and highly motivated.

Perks and Benefits

• Monthly salary of Rs. 20,000-Rs. 50,000. Sales based performance Incentive of Rs. 20000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month.
• Pick-up and drop provided. Dinner provided.
• Shift timings - 9:30 pm IST to 6:30 am IST. Mon-Fri. (9 hour shift with 1.5 hours of break)

Additional Perks and Benefits for Out-Station Candidates moving to Goa.

1. You would be staying in a shared accommodation which would be a fully furnished flat. A 2 BHK or a 3 BHK wherein each bedroom would be shared by 2 individuals. All flats have AC, washing machine, all the needed furniture and fixtures including everything you may need in a kitchen. You only need to bring your personal belongings as everything else would be available in the accommodation.

2. We pay the rent, electricity, internet, maid who comes to cook and clean the house, pick up and drop to office.

3. For each house we pay Rs. 7000 towards groceries and such per month per person which should take care of all your household/food related expenses. If there are 4 members in a house, we make one the leader of that house and the budget is provided to this leader who manages the expenses and shopping with full transparency with other members keeps their choices and needs in mind.

4. Thus, all your expenses or almost all are taken care of besides of your absolute personal ones.
