Description:

A Solar Civil Project Site Engineer

Site Supervision & Execution:
Oversee all civil construction activities (site clearing, excavation, foundation, racking, fencing, cable trenching).
Quality & Safety:
Implement Quality Control (QC) plans, ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) norms, and inspect materials/workmanship.
Coordination:
Liaise with EPC contractors, internal teams, vendors, and local authorities for smooth progress.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, certify contractor bills, and maintain project records.
Planning:
Review project schedules, monitor progress against plans, and manage resource allocation (materials, manpower).
Design Interpretation:
Read and implement civil drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and layouts.

Key Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
Proven experience in civil construction, preferably in large-scale solar (ground-mounted or rooftop) projects.
Skills:
Understanding of solar project specifics, site management, problem-solving, EHS, and documentation.
Attributes:
Willingness to stay on-site, strong coordination, and leadership skills.
